My husband and I have a new found love for salmon. We have been trying different recipes the past few months and this past week we tried Asian Sesame Salmon and loved it. I used the McCormick's Recipe Inspirations so all of the seasoning were pre-measured which made dinner preparation very easy. If you already have the seasonings on hand you do not need to purchase the Recipe Inpirations.

 ~*Asian Sesame Salmon*~
Makes 8 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix honey, green onions, soy sauce and all of the Spices except Red Pepper in small bowl until well blended. Stir in Red Pepper to taste, if desired.
  3. Place salmon in 13x9-inch baking dish. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
  4. Roast salmon for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
My husband doesn't usually complement my cooking too much, but he was definitely a fan of the Asian Sesame Salmon. Little Man was also a big fan of the salmon and had three helpings! It was delicious!
